President Biya encourages his government officials to be more active on social media.

 Biya tagged this generation of Cameroonians "The Android Generation" in his 2016 Youth Day speech. Well, according to official sources the same Biya is now advising his government officials to use social networks to
>> read more<<< communicate on the activities of their ministerial departments. 

Biya is hoping this can boost government communication, which is currently, very poor. Indeed, though they have dedicated websites, several ministries are still struggling to keep them updated, I wonder how they will keep up with  social media. 

Mr Biya has suddenly realised the enormous potential of social media!
